CALL FOR IT SERVICE COMPANY

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is looking for an IT Service company to provide hardware and software support, including :

TYPE OF SERVICE

• Remote support;
• Onsite Maintenance.

HELP DESK FOR SERVER/PC/NETWORK

• Support for software error and virus issues;
• Support for network issues;
• Support for hardware failure issues (hardware’s price charged separately if not covered by regular warranty).

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR SERVER

• System maintenance and update;
• Support for software error issues;
• Support for hardware failure issues (hardware’s price charged separately if not covered by regular warranty);
• Support for hardware only is provided for ERP system (if any).

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR PC

• System maintenance and upgrade;
• Support for software error issues;
• Support for hardware failure issues (hardware’s price charged separately if not covered by regular warranty).

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR NETWORK

• System maintenance and update;
• Support for software error issues;
• Support for hardware failure issues (hardware’s price charged separately if not covered by regular warranty).

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR NETWORK

Office 365, Exchange online and Sharepoint online.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Send an e-mail, including your Company’s presentation and proposal, to communication@cameraitacina.com to express your interest within may 27, 2020. CICC will contact you regarding the details of the proposal.

After the evaluation, CICC will feedback you regarding the outcome.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and non-Members;
• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary experience and an adequate professional staff to run the tender;
• Each Company can submit only one tender;
• The tender must be drafted in Italian or English, filled in and signed;
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The Company’s selection will be made according to the CICC needs as well as to the lowest bidding price received;
• If the bidding prices are the same or the services supplied are free of charge, CICC will give priority to its Members and it will select the first submitted bid that meets its needs;
• If no applications will be submitted by the CICC Members, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member Companies.
