Entering the Chinese Market through the power of Social Networks in China - Dec, 18

Dear Members and Friends,

In the afternoon of December 18, 2020, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), as a leading partner of the EU SME Centre, is pleased to invite you to an online workshop on Entering the Chinese Market through the power of Social Networks in China. Cross-Border E-commerce and its opportunities.

In a fast-changing global market, one of the biggest challenges for many companies is to expand their business in markets that are very different. This is especially true in China, where a very unique digital environment in terms of platforms, trends, and customer habits often anticipates the global trends.

In this context, a deep knowledge of marketing and communications strategies is an important starting point for a successful strategy. The workshop will therefore give an insight into the global strategies and local marketing related to the digital export, exploring the power of social networks in China as well as their main players, such as KOL, KOC and Daigou.

The Workshop is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises located in Europe, interested in approaching the Chinese market. During the event, will be presented an overview of the cross border e-commerce, from platforms of choice to modes of importation, and primary points of consideration for brands contemplating an entry into the Chinese market, including the keystones of a successful strategy.
