Job description: 

Sinosee company in Nanjing is looking for a candidate to hire.

职位介绍:

1.系统订单操作,包括供应商订单创建和货品入库,客户订单录入和送货,内部库存数量调整,及时检查和告知库存风险等。

  Assisting in arranging orders in the ERP system (English version), managing clients orders and shipments, warehouse management.

2.开具和寄送发票。每月向会计师进行报账的操作。

  Issuing invoices and monthly collecting of invoice papers (not accounting work).

3.备用金管理和记账,以及对应的票据的管理。

  Pocket money management and business trips basic management.

4.每月与物流,供应商及客户对账。

 Monthly check of accounts of suppliers and clients.

 

薪资待遇:周末双休,缴纳五险,年终奖,薪资面议 (税后3000-4000元)

Full time, Saturdays and Sundays off, regular National holidays paid, annual leave and bonus salary (Monthly salary between 3000-4000 after taxes)

Education Background: 

岗位要求:

1、大专及以上,英语能力良好,英文专业优先。

   At least high-school degree, good English skill, English specialization preferred.

2、为人踏实,勤奋,好学。

   Willing to be committed for a long term.
