Job description: 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and align organizational and compensation structure to support business development plans.
    审查和调整组织薪酬结构,以支持业务发展计划
     
  • Manage full spectrum of HR services including recruiting, staffing, employment administration and employee termination, employee training and development, performance evaluation coordination, employee relations and communication, etc.
    管理全方位人力资源服务,包括招聘,人事,就业管理和员工劳动关系终止,员工培训和发展,绩效评估和发展,员工关系沟通协调。
     
  • Managing and performing the recruitment process and selection strategy,
    管理和执行招聘流程
     
  • Developing and maintaining employee database and personal file;
    开发和维护员工个人数据和档案
     
  • Onboarding employee trainings;
    入职员工培训
     
  • Performance Review: Supporting the review of employees' performance when probation ends, on an annual basis or at critical moments.
    绩效考核:在试用期结束或关键时刻,对员工进行考核
     
  • Provides timely information and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on various human resource issues, Pursue and maintain healthy and effective employee relations; Ensure smooth and sufficient internal communication;
    及时向上级和员工提供各种人力资源问题的信息指导,寻求并保持良好的员工关系,确保公司内部沟通顺畅
     
  • Developing company policies which should be in line with governmental and local rules,
    制定公司政策,应符合政府和地方法规

Requirements:

Age: 25-35 years

Strong people management skills
较强的人员管理能力

Fluent in Chinese and English. Italian is a plus.
中文流利

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
较强的沟通和人际交往能力

At least 3 years solid work experience in HR & Admin,high-degree of responsibility,
至少3年以上人事行政工作经验,具有高度的责任感

Education Background: 


Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Chinese Language and Culture.
人力资源管理学士学位
