To develop further in the Chinese market, Albatross Global Solutions is looking for a Business Unit Manager based in Shanghai and reporting to the COO. Specifically, the Business Unit Manager will drive the development of our value propositions, namely Customer Experience and Retail Coaching & Training. To this end, he or she will have to work closely with the respective practice leaders and key stakeholders within the organisation in order to leverage and build upon existing knowledge and expertise.
The Chinese Business Unit Manager shall be responsible for implementing our corporate business imperatives, namely [a] deploying the company’s strategy in Chinese markets, [b] delivering commercial value to our clients, and [c] ensuring we recruit, retain and develop appropriate talent locally.
