Drafting and organizing the annual planned activities’ reports in coordination with the Secretary General;
Reporting the files management in coordination with Shanghai, Guangzhou, Suzhou and Chongqing offices;
Human Resource management (employment process, VISA application, holidays management, etc);
Office administration and coordination with IT supplier, office supplies order, organization and update of archive;
CICC license update and MoCA related issues;
Preparation of weekly and yearly reporting, under Manager or Secretary General supervision.
Support to accounting tasks;
Co-ordination of accounting and controlling purposes, helping the Secretary General/Finance Manager in setting up the reporting modules, and surveying deadlines of submissions from the office staff as well; for cash keeping and accounting management, in coordination with the office Accounting Department and under Secretary general supervision;
Support to CICC Membership process, registration, verification and accounting, in coordination with the Finance Manager and all of CICC Offices, under Secretary General supervision.
Events and Activities:
Trade analysis and info-services support;
Support to activities planning and management.
Good command of Italian & English (both oral and written)
Proficiency in Excel and Office
Pro-activeness, ability to work under pressure, independent in organizing his/her job
