Job description: 
  • Supporting the implementation of CICC services, activities and events, as required. Assisting in preparing and manage news and contents for the CICC’s different platform (Website, WeChat, Mail chimp, LinkedIn) focused on marketing and communication.
  • Assisting in preparing and managing quotations for all the CICC services.  Assist colleagues and the Team to research, secure and manage suppliers for venues, accommodation, transportation, translation, catering etc, for events and services purpose.
  • Sending out information about CICC Services and Partnership Opportunities.
  • Supporting the Manager and the Team by carrying out and monitoring development of activities.
  • Helping the Team in scouting services.
  • Proofread, amend and translate documents in English, Italian and Chinese if need. Answer telephone and respond to queries (telephone or written) in a timely and professional manner

Education Background: 

 

Requirements

Tax residence: Tax residence in the R.P.C and possession of the relative passport
Degree of study: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a marketing orientation or economic matters;

Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of the Office package and related applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), surfing the Internet

Previous work experience: it is preferential to have gained previous work experience, especially if related to the subjects of study.

In addition:

  • Chinese mother tongue;
  • Good command of Italian & English (oral and written);
  • Independent in organizing his/her job;
  • Immediate availability.
