The China Country Manager/General Manager will be the direct responsible for the development of the Chinese unit of the company following the strategy and the direction set from the Italian mother company.
The manager will have the main task to develop the relationships with the main Chinese digital players (i.e. Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, etc…) and other partnerships on the market.
He/She will have to manage all the buying activities on the Chinese market looking for the most efficient and smoothest solutions.
He/She will be the primary figure to be responsible of managing the relationships with local partners like digital marketing companies and others. He/she will have to establish and manage the relationships with Chinese authorities, financial institutions and other stakeholders in order to represent the company in China.
He/She will have strong and continuous contacts with the Italian management department in order to transfer the knowledge of the Chinese market and let it integrate within the core business of the company.
