5th Anniversary of Kids Making Pizza

We are delighted to announce that our kids and parents activity of “kids making pizza” has reached its 5th year. In 2010 Laimei, the restaurant owner, with her daughter Maria, started playing with pizza dough in the restaurant. At that time, Maria was 18 months old, so she loved the sensation of making foods so much, keeping doing it for days and days. Laimei thought about inviting some friends over to make a fun activity bringing to the restaurant a more family-friendly atmosphere. Over the following weeks, more and more kids came to the restaurant, this fact together with Laimei’s daughter Maria big love for making pizza, made mom and daughter going on. After 5 years, the restaurant now attracts thousands of kids to the restaurants to make and eat their own pizza.
During this years, kids from 1 year to 12 years old have had so much fun and passion in making their own food. The beauty of cooking food with kids is that they can see the final result. Moreover, eating the food they cooked, made the kids so happy because they achieved to make something they can eat.
For Esposito family, Bambini Corner has been a very important event to share Italian passion of making and eating food with thousands of families in Shanghai.
