Elective Annual General Meeting

The Members of the China - Italy Chamber of Commerce are kindly invited to attend the Elective Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 26th of March 2010, Friday, at 9:00 am, at the Auditorium of the Italian Cultural Office in Beijing (2, San Li Tun dong Er Jie) with the following:


Agenda
 

1. Welcoming speech by His Excellency the Ambassador Riccardo Sessa
2. Chairman`s 2009 CICC Activities Report
3. Welcoming speech by Mr. Antonio Laspina (tbc)
4. 2009 Financial Report
5. Budget and Activity Program for the year 2010
6. Presentation of the candidacies for the posts
7. Election of the CICC posts

All candidacies shall be submitted within 12th March 2010, Friday at the following e-mail address:info@cameraitacina.com

Members wishing to attend the Elective Annual General Meeting are asked to confirm their presence via e-mail at info@cameraitacina.com by Monday 22th of March 2010.

Members are hereby reminded that, according to Art. 11 of the CICC Articles of Association, each Member can hold only one proxy that shall be given in writing (Proxy form attached herewith to be sent by Monday 22th of March 2010 via e-mail at info@cameraitacina.com or by fax to the number 01085910546.

Only the Members who already renewed their membership for the year 2010 are entitled to vote. Those Members who still have not settled the 2010 Membership may pay the annual fee upon registration, which will start at 8:30 am, on the day when the Elective Annual General Meeting is held.

Members are reminded that electronic voting will be available through our website from the 19th to the 25th of March.

We inform you that the Assembly will be held in Italian.
