2010-01-17 International Day of Italian Cuisine

Dear Members,
Rosso Italiano informs all the Members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China that on 17th January 2010 will be celebrated the International Day of Italian Cuisine.
This event, taking place in seventy Countries, represents a means to fight the systematic forgery of the Italian cuisine and products, in order to assure to the Italian cuisine lovers the authenticity of Italian quality food, prepared according to traditional recipes. Such is the case of the 2010 IDIC dish, Tagliatelle al Ragù, celebrated as a masterpiece of Italian gastronomy, particularly of Bologna.
We would be pleased if you took part to this initiative, hosted at our restaurant Rosso Italiano, a new elegant trendy place located in the wonderful 1933 building.
