| Qualifications and Educations : | | Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• CPA or CIA (certified internal audit)
• 5 to 7 years financial experience, through public accounting/auditing and/or industry experience.
• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• SAP Systems knowledge and familiarity
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Expected travelling 50% throughout Asia and to HQ in Europe

The company has focused on retailing, pioneering early entry in emerging luxury markets, BRIC in particular. Zegna was the first luxury mens brand to open a fully owned store in China (Beijing 1991): Greater China is now the biggest market for the Zegna brand worldwide with over 70 point of sales across the region.
With the increasing importance of the Asia Markets we are establishing a new role of senior internal auditor for this region.
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
• Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
• Establish risk-based audit programs
• Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager
• Review the suitability of internal control design
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
• Verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area. |
