| Qualifications and Educations : | | Requirement:
- Business economy degree or Chinese language degree
- Experience in fashion retail;
- Strong interest in fashion;
- Good knowledge of Chinese language
- Strong responsibility, customer service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills;

The Area Manager is in charge of the yearly budget and she is responsible for overall management of the retail network of the area.
Responsibilities include:
- Shop performances: achievement of sales objectives;
- Stores operations: manage day-to-day retail operations ensuring they are inline with the company’s overall goal;
- Recruitment, training and retail staff evaluation;
- Goods, merchandising and final stock management;
- Local expansion and development of the Brand network;
- Local marketing;
- Prepare combined periodic reports on sales, budget, scheduling, etc.;
