On Friday, January 23rd, 2026, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC), in cooperation with Talent Fishers China, presented the 2025 CCIC Salary Survey – Manufacturing Focus at the CCIC Suzhou Office offering an updated and practical overview of salary levels and human resources practices among Italian manufacturing companies operating in China.
The event provided a valuable platform to discuss insights from the survey, highlighting current HR practices, salary trends, and talent management challenges faced by Italian manufacturing companies in China.
Following the opening remarks delivered by Mr. Davide Angelibusi, Board Member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce, the session continued with a keynote address by Mr. Gianvito D’Onghia, Managing Director of Talent Fishers China and Coordinator of the CCIC HR Working Group, who emphasized the importance of aligning human resources strategies with market realities and evolving workforce needs.
During the program, attendees participated in presentations and discussions focused on workforce management, cost planning, and talent development. They shared experiences and strategies, and explored benchmarking practices across companies of different sizes, sectors, and regions.
