On April 1st, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) collaborated with the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) to host the 2026 Career Day in Suzhou, bringing together students and Italian companies for an afternoon of exchange and career exploration.
This year, 10 Italian companies joined the initiative, offering students the opportunity to connect directly with company representatives, learn more about different industries and business environments, and gain a better understanding of the skills and profiles sought by employers today.
Through the Job Fair, students were able to engage in direct conversations with professionals, ask questions, and explore potential career opportunities in an international context. At the same time, participating companies had the chance to introduce their business, share insights into their corporate culture, and connect with a new generation of young talent.
The event created a lively and constructive atmosphere, encouraging dialogue between academia and industry while supporting students in their professional development journey.
