CCIC HRWG at Natuzzi Italia, 31.03, Shanghai

On Tuesday, 31 March 2026, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) successfully hosted the business roundtable “Cross-Perspectives on China’s Job Market: Candidates, Recruiters, and Decision-Makers as Creators of Unique Profiles” at the Natuzzi Italia Showroom in Shanghai.

The event was organized in collaboration with the association of Jeunes Entrepreneurs Francophones (JEF), and with the support of our CCIC Young Professionals Network (YP), and Associazione Giovani Italiani in Cina (AGIC). The seminar brought together industry leaders and professionals to share their expertise and discuss the evolution of China’s job market over the past two decades.


Event Highlights:

  • Natuzzi introduction by Braver Wang, GM of Natuzzi Trading Shanghai.

  • Welcome remarks and presentation of CCIC HRWG by Gianvito D’Onghia, Managing Director, Talent Fishers China & CCIC HRWG Coordinator.

  • JEF introduction by Elea Petit-Palacci, Certified coach, GM Tai2Tai.

  • Business roundtable among: Frederic Ture (MD China, Valextra), Jean-Christophe Auge (GM ALT Technologies), Laurent Scarato (GM Radiall Shanghai), and Valtero Canepa (Head of APAC Region, Bracco Group). The discussion was moderated by Elea Petit-Palacci (Certified coach, GM Tai2Tai).

  • The main themes of the roundtable were the maturity of the Chinese market and how workers, recruiters, and companies should respond to it, emphasizing emotional energy, adaptability, clear communication, transparent commitment, and competitiveness.

The event ended with a lively Q&A session and a networking aperitif offered by Giolitti.
