On 17 and 18 July 2026, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) took part in two institutional meetings at CCIC Jiaxing Office: one with the Pisa Marine Graduate Institute of Zhejiang Ocean University, and another with the Nanhu District Government in Jiaxing and delegations from Spain. The meetings fostered dialogue and explored opportunities for future cooperation.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MEETINGS:
- On Friday, 17 July, CCIC representatives met with the Pisa Marine Graduate Institute of Zhejiang Ocean University. During the meeting, CCIC Public Affairs Manager Wei Chen presented the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China, outlining its mission, structure, activities, and role in supporting Italian companies in the Chinese market. The head of the delegation, Prof. Zhou Chao, Academic Vice Dean of the Pisa Marine Graduate Institute of Zhejiang Ocean University, was also present and contributed to the institutional exchange.
- On Saturday, 18 July, CCIC participated in an institutional meeting hosted by the Nanhu District Government in Jiaxing, alongside a delegation from Spain. Mr. Alex Wu from ALDECOX led the Spanish delegation. Discussions centered on the participating organizations' areas of interest and explored potential opportunities for cooperation between Nanhu District and the Italian and Spanish business communities.
The two meetings concluded with final remarks and group photos, reflecting the shared interest in maintaining dialogue and exploring future collaboration.
