On September 15th, 2026 the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) in collaboration with its Young Professionals Network, the Italian Chinese Professional Network (ICPN) and AGIC (Associazione Giovani Italiani in Cina), has successfully hosted the seminar event Interview Series -  Building Bridges: Career, Communication and Success Between Italy and China at Highline Bistro, in Shanghai. This gathering has given students, young professionals and entrepreneurs the opportunity to gain practical insights into career development, intercultural communication and personal branding.

  • Welcome Remarks – Giovanna Bregant, the CCIC Young Professionals Coordinator, opened the evening with an insight into the valuable opportunity to learn directly from professionals who have built successful careers between Italy and China.
  • Panel Discussion – Alex Conti, Founder & CEO of Amunì Gelato, Content Creator and Italy-China Cultural Communicator, has shared his experience living and working in China and across North Asia. Chen Jiamin, Marketing Manager, has showcased her expertise on Western and Chinese markets giving useful insights on the retail companies. Chiara Ye, Creative Director and Founder of SōL Healing Sanctuary and Photo Healing Practitioner, has offered her perspective on luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and visual storytelling.
  • Q&A – An open Q&A session followed, giving participants the opportunity to ask the speakers about their professional experience in China, the challenges and obstacles they encountered, their approach to clients, and the cultural barriers they faced along the way. This offered attendees a deeper understanding of what it means to build a professional career in China, particularly from an individual perspective.
