Guangzhou, March 27 – Ahead of the GBA Business Conference and 2026 Spring Gala Dinner, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) led an Italian business delegation to visit EHang and EssilorLuxottica in Guangzhou, strengthening industrial exchanges and practical cooperation between Italy and China.
At EHang, guided by the GDD team, the delegation learned about the company’s global cooperation data, development strategy and future plans. They were introduced to key aircraft models including firefighting and logistics drones and witnessed a live drone take-off and landing demonstration. Both sides held in-depth discussions on low-altitude economy cooperation between Italy and China.
At EssilorLuxottica, the delegation received a full introduction to the company’s business lines, production system and industrial layout. They visited the factory to observe the full process of raw materials, frame and lens production, customization and logistics. A lively free exchange session followed to explore future cooperation opportunities.
Through on-site experience, face-to-face dialogue and in-depth exchange, the Italian delegation gained a clearer understanding of China’s advanced technological landscape and high-quality consumer market.
