EKR AI Workshop 2.0 | Gen AI for Process Efficiency in Manufacturing, 30.10, Guangzhou

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) is pleased to invite you to the second edition of our AI Workshop series, themed “Gen AI for Process Efficiency – Game Changer in Manufacturing Enterprises”, to be held on 30th October in Guangzhou. This workshop is organized in collaboration with two of our members, EKR srl and Yinghe (Guangzhou) Law Firm.

While the first workshop explored what generative AI is and what it can do, this session addresses a more practical question: where should a manufacturing company start to turn AI into real efficiency gains?

The workshop begins with the company’s own organizational chart to identify which operational steps are truly worth improving, then moves into setting improvement KPIs and breaking processes into phases. Progressive prompting is introduced as a hands-on method and applied across back-office, R&D (including BOM creation and maintenance), sales, and customer service, with concrete examples at each stage. The session closes with clear criteria for deciding where to start first.

Legal considerations are also covered, including data compliance, intellectual property risks, and AI-related liabilities, with insights from Yinghe (Guangzhou) Law Firm.

The workshop includes a live hands-on session with real-time guidance, plus a demonstration of WeChat integration for daily application.
