The Italian Chamber of Commerce in China  (CCIC) in collaboration with its Human Resources Working Group (HRWG) is pleased to invite you to attend the next seminar entitled Thriving Through Change: How HR and business leaders can navigate change through neuroscience, leadership and practical learning solutions happening on 10 September 2026, from 17:00, in Shanghai.

Why participate?
In today’s dynamic and often unpredictable environment, resilience is essential for both individuals and organizations to thrive. This session explores the theme of “Resilience and Change” from three complementary perspectives. May Li (founder of Insight Consulting) will examine the broader context of change, highlighting the impact of VUCA and BANI environments as well as advancements in Artificial Intelligence, and will provide insights from neuroscience to explain why people often struggle with emotional challenges during transitions. Building on this understanding of both external pressures and human responses, Cecilia Diao (Senior Consultant/Facilitator) will focus on the role of leadership in fostering resilience, discussing why change is challenging, the relationship between change and transition, and practical strategies for leaders to support themselves and their teams through disruption. Finally, Vivian Zhou (Gi Group Holding Tack TMI Business Manager) will introduce Tacktmi, offering practical tools and approaches to navigate change effectively, helping individuals and organizations apply the insights from the first two perspectives to real-world situations. Together, these sessions provide a holistic view of how to understand, adapt to, and thrive amidst change.
