A notable highlight of this year's event is the participation of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), which will once again lead a national pavilion comprising 15 leading Italian companies. The pavilion will showcase the innovative achievements of "Made in Italy" in high-end medical equipment, sustainable technologies, and human-centered solutions, addressing the global medical industry's demand for sustainable development and improved diagnostic efficiency. ABOUT CMEF The China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF), is the most important medical industry event in China and is one of the global leaders in the medical device value chain, covering a wide range of products and technology, new device launches, procurement and trade, scientific collaboration, academic forums, brand promotion, education and training. About Healthcare Working Group (HCWG) The HCWG includes all the companies working in the healthcare sector, such as manufacturing companies of medical equipment, devices or pharmaceutical products and supply of IT solutions. The initiative to create a network of companies operating in the healthcare sector was activated by the Embassy of Italy in the P.R.C. The first tangible result of this initiative was the publication of "Pacchetto di cooperazione sino-italiana", presented at Chinese counterparts during the visit of the Italian Minister of Economic Development, Flavio Zanonato, in January 2014.
