Position in the Organization
Report to: the Sale director
Interaction:
- The R&D department manager for solution evaluation.
- The Sales Manager for visits, information and report sharing.
- Service Department, for sharing of the problems and information.
Main responsibilities
- Work with Main customers to optimise the adjustment of the systems in their machines and applications.
- Check the status of all the customer’s situation and needs, establish priorities and keep organised the work of customer´s management. Report all on-site visits and opportunities in writing.
- Following the strategy from the company, proceeding 40-50% of the time travelling around China.
- Attend all the necessary training the company provides.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Work experience (in specific field, if required)
- Technical person, with experience in installation and optimisation of CNC, plc, drives and motors, either in the Machine Tool Industry or General Automation.
- Preferably experience in Service, repairs and CNC packages Installation and Optimization. Knowledge of CNC/PLC/Software and drives and motor systems, to do applications for customers.
- The customer application could be any type in the Machine Tool business (Lathe, Milling, VMC, Grinding, Gear cutting, Engraving, Laser, retrofit …)
- Language skills: reading and writing are necessary, simple English conversation is needed.
