The B2B Global Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding and managing global B2B sales and strategic client relationships outside the Asian market. The role focuses on opening new international accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships, and increasing both market share and share of wallet across key regions.
The position drives global B2B revenue performance, overseeing client development and contract negotiations while monitoring sales results against defined targets. A core responsibility includes supporting the strategic placement of display products in showrooms worldwide, ensuring that layouts align with company standards in terms of quality, quantity, and overall visual identity.
The role balances display space allocation with country-specific showroom strength, promotes regular display replenishment and seasonal refreshes, and supports the resolution of commercial or operational conflicts with partners. The B2B Global Sales Specialist also coordinates the distribution of country-specific leads to relevant local accounts, contributing to the development of stable, high-quality, long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Less than 3 years years in B2B Mkt opening and distribution and BD / Preferably within the Furniture Industry or High-end markets segments in Luxury-related Industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
