1. Channel Expansion & In-Store Sales Management

Actively expand sales with a focus on spirits and liquors, while a complement of selected wine products. Prioritize the need of developing the channels of bars, clubs, bistros, coffee chain stores, bakeries and dessert shops. Proactively assist headquarters and regional distributors in completing product placement, ensuring that spirits and designated wine selections successfully enter target outlets and are added to their drink menus.

2. Sales Targets, Budgets & Periodic Reporting
Assist General Manager in setting the annual sales budget and KPI targets, and complete detailed work plans in accordance to the budgets/targets. Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including but not limited to: sales performance, status on market expansion, variance analysis, and corrective actions. Prepare monthly KPI analysis reports, work summaries, and work plans for the following month, ensuring that targets are trackable and results measurable.

3. Outlet Expansion, Direct plus Distributor Distribution
Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales & market expansion plans, focusing on driving new outlet placement and menu inclusion for spirits, liquors and selected wines. Identify 20 flagship bars in local cities to be supplied directly by the company, while all other target bars are covered through cooperating distributors, forming a “direct + distribution” dual-layer terminal management structure.

4. Customer Training, Promotional Activities & Menu Optimization
Conduct regular training for target customers (bar owners, bartenders, purchasing managers, etc.), covering product knowledge, mixing recommendations, brand stories, etc. Drive menu inclusion and, in line with monthly and quarterly promotional policies, plan a signature cocktail list for key brands, ensuring these cocktails appear on the first page or key recommendation sections of partner bars’ drink menus. Simultaneously coordinate the design of corresponding counter cards, posters, and other in-store promotional materials to increase order conversion.

5. Guest Shifts, Masterclasses & New Product Placement
Plan and execute guest shifts, professional masterclasses, new product tastings, and new product placement promotions for target bars and channels on a monthly and quarterly basis. Through high-quality on-site interactions, strengthen brand-channel collaboration stickiness, while opening terminal pathways for new spirits or wine SKUs.

6. Online Social Media Operations & Product Branding
Take responsibility for and continuously update the company’s TikTok account, publishing high-quality content such as cocktail tutorials, product reviews, and bar visits. Proficiently use MCN-favored tools like Xiaohongshu (Red Note), Bilibili, YouTube, Instagram, etc., using content seeding, influencer collaborations, live streaming, and other methods to support and boost the company’s online sales, achieving online-offline integration. Develop product brand promotion and campaign plans, work closely with the marketing department to jointly deliver product marketing programs. Design and execute systematic product training programs for VIP customers, newly acquired clients, and other groups, enhancing their brand and product awareness as well as their willingness to recommend.

7. Market Dynamics & Competitive Analysis
Continuously monitor market dynamics, regularly collect and analyze competitor product information, channel strategies, and promotional tactics, and produce written analysis reports and formulate targeted countermeasures (e.g., pricing strategies, promotional mixes, terminal display adjustments, etc.) to maintain the company’s regional competitive advantage.


Requirements:

  • Previous years of experience in bar channel sales with proven key account growth and territory management;
  • Able to design and oversee large scale activations (pop up bars, festival sponsorships, city wide cocktail weeks etc.);
  • Good communication skills and negotiating technique;
  • Hard working, energetic, fast learner, and strong team work spirit;
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.
