Main responsibilities

Market strategy and business development:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics and industry development prospects, formulate and implement business strategies in line with the company's development goals, to expand market share and enhance the company's competitiveness in the industry.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, including but not limited to exploring new markets, developing new customers and introducing new product lines or business models, to ensure the continuous growth of the Company's business.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with potential customers, partners, suppliers and industry associations, build a wide business network, promote business cooperation and exchange.

Sales and customer relationship management:

  • In-depth understanding of customer needs, to provide customers with personalized solutions, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty improvement. Coordinate the resources of all departments to ensure the quality service to customers and timely deal with customer complaints and problems.
  • Participate in negotiations and contract signing with important customers, ensure that contract terms are in line with the interests of the Company, and monitor the implementation of contracts to prevent business risks.

Production and trade coordination

  • Work closely with production department to make reasonable production plan according to market demand and sales forecast to ensure timeliness and quality stability of product supply.
  • Coordinate trade business processes, including import and export customs declaration, logistics and transportation, trade financing and other links, to ensure the smooth progress of trade activities, reduce operating costs and risks.
  • Monitor product cost and price fluctuation, work with finance department to formulate reasonable price strategy, and enhance product price competitiveness in the market under the premise of ensuring company profit.

Data analysis and reporting:

  • Report business operations to senior management on a regular basis, provide valuable business insights and decision-making suggestions, and adjust business strategies and action plans based on data analysis results.

Years of work experience (in a specific field, if required)

  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales/marketing/commercial.
  • Good knowledge about auto components.
  • Language skills: native Chinese; good English Skills

Personality

  • Strong power, working independently
  • Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, cross-culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.
  • Strong negotiation skill
