RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage and develop the local sales network (direct clients, distributors, and agents)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring product presentation and customer experience meet company standards
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ in Italy to define sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide regular performance reports to the management team
  • Manage the sales budget and monitor achievement of commercial targets
  • Supervise local staff and coordinate basic administrative activities of the branch
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and B2B meetings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Resident in China - Shanghai
  • Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or branch management, preferably in the HVAC sector
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales management tool
