RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage and develop the local sales network (direct clients, distributors, and agents)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring product presentation and customer experience meet company standards
- Collaborate closely with the HQ in Italy to define sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide regular performance reports to the management team
- Manage the sales budget and monitor achievement of commercial targets
- Supervise local staff and coordinate basic administrative activities of the branch
- Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and B2B meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Resident in China - Shanghai
- Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or branch management, preferably in the HVAC sector
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales management tool
