​The Customer Service Specialist delivers high-quality pre- and post-sales support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty. The role manages customer interactions across the full sales cycle from a systems and process perspective, supporting lead verification and distribution to the sales force, coordinating with sales managers and associates, and fostering effective lead conversion.

The position oversees order tracking and delivery processes, monitors speed-to-market, and contributes to a faster and more efficient sales cycle. It proactively identifies operational bottlenecks, opens and manages internal tickets to resolve process issues, and supports the resolution of sales-related roadblocks. Post-sales engagement is a core component of the role, ensuring timely follow-up and continuous improvement of the customer experience.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Sales & Marketing / CS Roles (mixed)
  • Certifications in Relationship Management / Pre- and Post-sale management roles.
