Job Summary/Purposes
The E-Commerce Senior Manager is in charge of China E-Commerce3rd party platforms, including TMALL and JD platforms, to drive local salesachievement and support HQ wholesales business in accordancewith global guideline.
The role is required to manage China E-Tailors to ensureconsistent branding and strong marketplace presence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement E-Commerce monthly plan to achieve sales target (top line) and control bottom line throughout the year in accordance with global strategy and plan.
- Be in charge of China E-Tailor model business, including platform relationship maintenance, campaign management, key product launch, return optimization, customer service coordination, and branding supervision.
- Proactively coordinate with HQ and Local E-Commerce team, e-merchandising, marketing, customer service and other internal parties to manage each season launch and key campaigns; fully aligned with branding and global guidance.
- Design and ensure the best consumer journey of EC platforms via efficient co-working with internal parties and external agency to improve conversion and ROI continuously.
- Be able to understand and analyze site traffic, store performance and customers profile to drive store performance and deliver sales result.
- Daily track and analyze sales performance on all operational KPIs to ensure target achievement.
- Weekly and Monthly review with reporting and optimization plan.
- Monitor industry trends, best practice, and competitor activity, relevant to E-Commerce experience and marketing.
- TP management on strategy guidance, efficiency and structure optimization
- Paid Media experience of Tmall / JD is a plus
