JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Support RFQ team on quotation activities in terms of raw material and process concept defining and technical documents preparing for quoting to suppliers
2. Manage the technical team to engineer new products including the activities of Product definition and Product Industrialization to reach defined process KPIs, such as process capability, cycle time, tool life etc.
3. Manage the team to assure technical support to quality issues at customers and internal issues, to support operations on productivity improvement and cost reduction activities, and to support purchasing during new supplier development and mass production phase in terms of continuous improvement at supplier side
4. Cooperation with HQ in the localization activities of parts and any other special projects assigned by upper management Ensure the promotion of customer requirements awareness throughout the organization
