KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data collection including repair system and basic information relating to aftersales.
- Daily management of aftersales dockets process and PO process.
- Assist to collect the data prepared for the projects.
- Assist to organize meeting/training cascading to stores or other stakeholders.
- Assist to build improvement plan to improve performance.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint；
- Highly self-motivated, excellent communication skills
- Pay attention to details and ability to work under pressure；
- Proficiency on communication in both written and spoken in English
- Strong team player with good integrity.
