Junior Consultant (Italian Native Speaker)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinatethe Accounting and Audit Departments on matters related to the assignedclients;
• Monitorand manage workflow processes and documentation collection;
• Prepareperiodic and ad-hoc reports for clients;
• Perform accounting outsourcing activities,including preparation and review of financial statements at both company andgroup levels;
• Providetechnical support to assigned clients on matters related to taxation,accounting, Customs and SAFE regulations in China, in accordance with theagreement between the company and the client;
• Provide operational support in corporate,administrative and logistics-related activities;
• Ensuretimely and accurate responses to client requests, maintaining a consistentlevel of service quality;
• Coordinatewith external providers and stakeholders, including service companies,logistics providers and e-commerce partners, on routine operational matters inthe PRC and cross-border;
• Participatein internal or external activities when required, including events and businesssupport initiatives organized by the company (may require travel to othercities).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Economics. Other majors may also be considered ifsupported by relevant experience.
• NativeItalian, fluency in English.
• Proficiencyin Excel.
• Willingto work in China and grow within the company for at least 5 years.
• Eligiblefor a Chinese work permit (post-degree 2 years of working experience ifgraduated abroad).
