JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Screen resumes and search for talent
- Search for matching candidates on relevant job boards such as the job description (JD) provided by the business.
- Initial screening of resumes, exclusion of unqualified personnel, and collection of candidate information.
2. Candidate communication and recommendation
- Contact potential candidates by phone or social media to introduce job details and explore their willingness to change jobs.
- Collect candidate resumes and produce recommendation reports.
3. Interview coordination and follow-up
- Coordinate interview time with candidates and companies and provide pre-interview counseling (e.g. corporate background, interviewer style, etc.).
- Track interview results and assist with salary negotiations.
4. Auxiliary work content
- Organize the industry talent database and collect information on target enterprises.
- Participate in industry analysis and write talent reports.
5. Job characteristics
- High communication intensity: 15-30 phone calls need to be completed every day;
- Professional requirements: Quickly grasp relevant industry knowledge and respond to candidates' questions about job details.
