​RESPONSIBILITIES

• Legal support for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) andOutbound Direct
• Draft legal documents, file cases, and preparelawyer’s letters
• Communicate with courts, public authorities, banks,and other institutions
• Handle cases independently with strong adaptability
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Partner

REQUIREMENTS

• Resident inChina/Asia
• Italian native speaker, fluentEnglish (written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluent Chinese is a plus;
• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent
• Hold a lawyer’s qualification certificate, with 4-5years of independent case-handling experience
• Capable of handling client requests and providingadvisory services on intellectual property (IP) matters, includingadministrative filings (registration of IP rights, trademarks, patents, andcopyrights), as well as counterfeiting issues
• Work conscientiously, rigorously, with dedication,strong execution, and a spirit of teamwork.
