Training and development:
- Professional sequence positions in the company (underwriting, claims, actuarial, internal control, IT, comprehensive, etc.).
- Make specific training plans for each stage according to the actual situation and personal career development direction of management trainees.
Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor degree or above, insurance, actuarial, statistics, vehicles, engineering, law, IT and other related majors.
- With good professional quality, law-abiding, integrity.
- Strong self-drive, firm will, ideal ambition, simple style, hard-working, good overall quality;
- With certain professional knowledge and skills, good learning ability, adaptability, communication skills, leadership potential and team spirit, physical and mental health.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
