Client: My Client is an International Manufacturing Company, a recognized leader in its industry, known for delivering high-quality solutions and driving innovation across global markets
Role: The selected candidate will manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization for technical components and services. Depending on experience, the role may involve strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
The ideal candidate is an Italian speaker and has the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Responsibilities
- Request quotation to suitable suppliers among company supplier portfolio
- Scouting and propose new potential suppliers which can guarantee benefits to company
- Compare different quotations and chose the final supplier together with direct supervisor
- Negotiate price, terms and condition according to the target received by direct supervisor
- Place order in the company system
- Update the expected date in the company system
- Deal with the daily NCR related to own order
- Make sure the delivery of most urgent items according planning indications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related is a MUST
- At least 3 years purchasing experience
- Strong knowledge for reading mechanical drawing.
- Good skills in using of MS Office
- Good skills on communication, negotiation, coordination and organization
- Fluent in Italian, English, Chinese language skill is a plus
- Open mind and team player
