​Main responsibilities

The flow production is the key to ensuring the smooth production run, maintaining cycle time to match production capacity, and ensuring quality conformance. 流动生产时确保生产平顺的关键，为满足产能要确保节拍和保证质量.

1. Responsible for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency in this production unit. The first main responsibility is to conduct root cause analysis and develop an action plan for any quality failure, safety accident, cost deviation, delayed delivery, low efficiency, and any findings from audits concerning the implementation of production in this production unit. 负责安全，质量，成本，交付和该生产单元的效率。是所有质量失效，成本偏差，交付延误，效率低下和任何审核中关于生产实施相关的不符合项，作为第一负责人主导根本原因分析及改进措施。
2. Responsible for the allocation of human resources according to the production plan. 负责根据生产计划分配人力资源
3. Responsible for monitoring each line’s production process, completion of the production plan and closure of the gap in the production plan. 负责监控每条生产线的生产过程，计划的完成和解决生产计划完成中的差距。
4. Responsible for the management of employees, daily maintenance of equipment, materials, and environment. 负责员工的管理，设备，原材料及环境的日常维护。
5. Responsible for the improvement of manufacturing methods, so as to initiate and realize an action plan to increase productivity. 负责制造方法的改进，为提升生产率制定并实施改进计划。
6. Responsible for quality and safety management on the shop floor and prevention, corrective action and improvement for all abnormalities. Responsible for leading root cause analysis and action plan on those failures produced on the production line and safety accidents. 负责单元现场质量，安全管理及相关的纠正预防措施以及异常的改进。负责生产线制造的失效和安全事故的根本原因分析及改进方案的制定和实施。
7. Responsible for cost control for the production unit, generating a monthly cost analysis report, so as to achieve cost objectives. 负责生产单元的成本控制，制作成本分析报告来达成成本目标。
8. Responsible for the establishment of data collection for statistics, sorting, and analysis, so as to provide evidence for production decisions. 负责建立统计数据的收集，分析来为生产决定提供依据。
9. Responsible for the management of fixed assets, PPE, and material picking. Control of production material, quality of material and consumption; work out corrective action for any problem concerning the above-mentioned.  负责固定资产的管理， PPE，领料，生产材料的控制，材料的质量及消耗以及上述事项的相关问题纠正预防措施的制定和实施。
10. Responsible for 6S management conducted in terms of the operator, line leader and production unit manager perspectives. 负责相关员工，线长，班长和生产单元经理在现场的6S的实施。

Years of work experience (in specific field, if required)

1. 5 years above production management experience in the general equipment manufacturing industry. 5年以上在通用设备制造行业生产管理经验.
2. 3 years above working experience in the pressure vessel production area. 3年以上压力容器制造行业的工作经验.
3. Familiar with the sheet metal process of welding and machining. 熟悉钣金加工及焊接过程.
4. Continuous improvement in terms of safety, quality and efficiency安全，质量和效率持续改进.
5. Have experience of managing a team of up to 50 persons有管理超过50人以上的团队的经验.
