Main responsibilities

  1. Support Quality Manager for pressure vessel related certification maintenance, including ISO, GB, ASME, SPVD, ABS, DNVGL, CCS,etc.
  2. Prepare the product related Inspection and Test Plan, and follow up with QC for special activities of Inspections.
  3. Arrange and follow up the opening the Production Order for the code product.
  4. Review the product quality documentation.
  5. Arrange the final Manufacturer's Data Record, including archive, delivery to production and client, scanning and storage in the server, make up the documentation that lost by client, etc.
  6. Nonconformity follow up and statistic.
  7. Customer complaint handing.
  8. Prepare QA related procedures and working instructions.
  9. Attend the customer audit and follow up the audit actions.
  10. Cooperate with QC for trouble shooting, follow up the product quality issues happened during incoming checking, manufacturing, final test, etc.
  11. Sample related activities, including ITP, procedure preparation if any, PPAP, etc.
  12. Calibration of the measuring equipment and tools, including internal calibration and subcontracting.
  13. Other tasks arranged by the Quality Manager.

Work experience (in a specific field, if required)

  1. Over 3 years of working experience in quality.
  2. Proven experience in quality, especially in welding processing.

Preferred:

  • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures, relevant legal standards, and related certifications.
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data (Mech drawings, Specs…) analysis/statistical methods.
  • Familiar with quality control systems: ISO 9000, 14000, GB, CE, ASME…).
  • Language skills
  • Excellent written English; fluent spoken English will be preferred. Native Chinese.
