JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Guarantee the achievement of the quality target of the plant according to the quality strategy defined by the General Management and the Group
2. Manage the Plant's quality assurance activities (product and process), the people of QA team, the customers complaints and the quality system etc
3. Ensure that the processes necessary for the quality management system (QMS) are established, implemented and kept up to date
4. Report on the performance of the QMS and on any need for improvement
5. Ensure the promotion of customer requirements awareness throughout the organization
6. Direct hierarchically the functional quality structures of the plant
7. Ensure the promotion of the implementation of the group Standards
8. Ensure the constant and complete information flow to the Group regarding the quality performances of plant
