The sales & administration assistant helps to oversee corporate administration to ensure efficient support services, operational continuity, and compliance across the organization. The role is responsible for managing office and store-level administrative functions, general services, and internal support activities, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting directly to the COO, the position supervises administrative processes, procurement activities, and general services, while also overseeing legal, compliance, and company secretarial functions. A key objective of the role is to streamline administrative policies and procedures, improving efficiency and cost control while maintaining full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
This role also supports B2B China sales, assisting the sales team with daily customer reception at the Shanghai flagship store, provide pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales service, and follow up on customer orders.
Experience:
- Less than 3 years in administration and compliance.
- Less than 3 years in business development
Requirements:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce, Office Management / Administration
