Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Short Video Operations Specialist to join ourteam. This role is responsible for the end-to-end production and operation ofshort video content, including shooting, editing, and publishing, as well asmanaging the company owner's personal short video accounts across multipleplatforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling,solid video production skills, and hands-on experience in social media accountoperations.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about short video content andsocial media trends. Familiarity with the luxury, home, or lifestyle industryis preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the company owner's personal short video accounts across three platforms: WeChat video Channels, Little Red Book, and TikTok China.
- Shoot, edit, and publish short video content.
- Support the company's main sales team by shooting and editing short videos for their use.
- Shoot and edit short videos of company products on a daily basis.
- Shoot and edit short videos for company events and activities.
- Shoot and edit short videos for social posts.
Experience:
- Provenexperience in short video shooting, editing, and social media accountoperations.
- Hands-onexperience managing accounts on WeChat Video Channels, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin,with a solid understanding of each platform's content style, algorithms, andaudience preferences.
- Proficiencyin video shooting techniques, including framing, lighting, and audio.
- Proficiencyin video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, orequivalent).
- Ability towork independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
- Strongcommunication and teamwork skills; experience collaborating with sales teams orsupporting business stakeholders is a plus.
- Aportfolio of previous short video work is preferred.
