The Supplier Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure product quality, continuity of supply, and favorable commercial conditions. The role acts as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, supporting effective collaboration and long-term partnership development.
The position monitors supplier performance, addressing quality, delivery, and operational issues in a timely manner, and managing disputes when necessary. It supports audit activities and compliance initiatives, contributing to risk mitigation and adherence to company standards.
Working closely with procurement and supply chain teams, the Supplier Relationship Specialist provides insights on supplier performance and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in supplier management
- Bachelor’s in business or supply chain. Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
