Job description:
The Supplier Relationship Specialist is responsible for building andmaintaining strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensureproduct quality, continuity of supply, and favorable commercial conditions. Therole acts as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, supportingeffective collaboration and long-term partnership development.
The position monitors supplier performance, addressing quality,delivery, and operational issues in a timely manner, and managing disputes whennecessary. It supports audit activities and compliance initiatives,contributing to risk mitigation and adherence to company standards.
Working closely with procurement and supply chain teams, the SupplierRelationship Specialist provides insights on supplier performance andrecommends improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall supplychain effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s inbusiness or supply chain. Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- 3-5 years in supplier management
