1. Sales Target & Activity Plan Management
Work closely with Sales Director to determine monthly, quarterly and annual targets and sales plan. Once targets and plans are confirmed, strictly execute all tasks according to the timelines, regular reviews are carried out on progress in order to promptly identify deviations and adjust strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved.
2. Product Knowledge, Promotional & Marketing Materials
Thoroughly study winery’s history, winemaking philosophy, product portfolio, and the characteristics of wine products, grasping full knowledge of the brand. Formulate targeted promotional campaigns in line with market pulse, i.e. holiday gift sets, member-exclusive discounts, new product launch packages etc. Prepare all necessary promotional materials in advance, including winery brochures, product manuals, product detail pages, tasting notes, etc. Actively assist the company’s marketing department in refining overall promotional collateral, ensuring all external communications maintain consistency and professionalism in style, data accuracy, and brand tone.
3. New Client/Channel Development & PR Outreach
Proactively expand potential clients and emerging channels in the city and surrounding areas, including high-end restaurants, boutique hotels, corporate group buying, private clubs, and crossover lifestyle brands. In daily work, actively conduct PR visits, engage with target clients and key opinion leaders through tasting invitations, one-on-one meetings, industry salons, etc., build strong interactions, explore cooperation opportunities deeply, thereby directly driving sales growth and expanding the brand’s influence in the regional market.
4. Media Relations & Brand Exposure
Actively maintain and expand relationships with various media, including local lifestyle media, wine trade publications, news press, and social media influencers. Timely organize and release the latest updates about the company, winery, and brand to the media, such as new product launches, award news, event announcements and recaps, cross-industry collaborations, etc., continuously enhancing the brand’s market visibility and reputation. Through systematic media engagement and content distribution, ensure the brand maintains a high-frequency, positive presence among target audiences.
5. Flagship Store Development & Tasting Event Execution
Responsible for the development and rollout of brand flagship stores, including site selection recommendations, design style coordination, sample display layout, and daily operational collaboration, ensuring each flagship store accurately conveys the winery’s brand identity. Develop and strictly execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasting events (e.g., internal previews, client appreciation events, consumer open days). Control the entire process from theme design and material preparation to on-site presentation and post-event sales follow-up, ensuring that tasting activities deliver both an excellent customer experience and tangible sales conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above with marketing related majors;
- Knowledge and experience in wine/hospitality business;
- Proven skills in organizing and executing events;
- Good article writing and editing skills in both Chinese and English;
- Able to perform short video editing with PS and camera shooting;
- WSET Level 2 or Certified Sommelier (preferred upon hire).
