Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and manage work procedures and staffing plans related to the department's business. Be responsible for the daily management, training and development of the department's personnel. Establish various quality management standards for the marketing department and lead the team to deliver in accordance with the standards.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on industry dynamics and trends, customers and the market, and provide reports. Offer observations, thoughts and suggestions for the development of the company's exhibition projects.
  3. Formulate budgets related to marketing department expenses in exhibition projects. Implement supervision, review and control after the budget takes effect.
  4. Lead the marketing department to implement marketing and promotion plans to enhance the intensity and effect of exhibition promotion. Including but not limited to: media promotion, online promotion, promotional activities, advertising placement, promotion budget, supplier selection, audience recruitment, ticket registration, photography and videography, printed materials, etc.
  5. Establish and maintain databases of VIP customers and professional audiences. Invite and maintain VIP customers and professional audiences. Assist the sales team in buyer business matching.
  6. File and manage content and information of the marketing department. Evaluate the service quality of third-party outsourcing providers and establish outsourcing quality file management.
  7. Compile and submit exhibition review reports for the marketing department. Provide corresponding suggestions and summaries for exhibition summaries from a market perspective, and offer recommendations for the planning of the next exhibition.
  8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing management, Chinese, journalism or related majors; excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  2. More than 6 years of experience in exhibition marketing planning and more than 3 years of management experience.
  3. Possess outstanding brand strategy capabilities and integrated communication skills, excellent copywriting skills, strong creative thinking abilities, creative concepts and good communication skills.
  4. Have the ability to comprehensively use various marketing methods including advertising planning, soft article promotion, public relations activities, etc. for market promotion and brand promotion.
  5. Proficient in office software operation.
  6. Preferred industries: fashion, beauty.
