Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Assist in the daily work of accounting (issue and print invoices, etc.), assist in handling accounts;

协助完成财会日常性工作（开具打印发票等），协助处理账务;

1. Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, binding vouchers;

制作记账凭证，银行对账，装订凭证；

1. Arranging invoices, complete accounts carefully, and communicate with the senior accountant in a timely manner if there are any problems;

整理票据，认真细心完成账务，发现问题，及时与主办会计沟通；

1. Be able to search and analyze latest financial, accounting, and tax policies in China and overseas, write brief analysis reports;

具备搜索分析中国以及海外的最新财税政策，可以撰写简要的中英文分析报告；

1. Proficient in using MS Office tools, responsible and conscientious in work;

熟练使用EXCEL等办公软件，对工作认真负责；

1. Proficient in written and oral English (Chinese is a plus).

具备良好的英文书面与口头表达能力。

Requirements要求:

• Major in business administration, tax, accounting, finance, law, or other related disciplines;

工商管理、税务、会计、金融、法律等相关专业;

• Basic knowledge of Chinese Accounting Standards or Italian GAAP / IAS / IFRS;

基本了解中国会计准则或意大利GAAP / IAS / IFRS相关知识；

• Basic understanding of tax policies, rules, and regulations;

基本了解税收政策、规定和条例;

• Good consultation, presentation and communication skills, self-initiative, teamwork spirit; willing to work under pressure;

良好的咨询、演说和沟通能力、主动性、团队合作精神以及在压力下工作的意愿；

• Be mature, proactive, committed, and motivated with a strong sense of teamwork;

成熟、主动、投入、积极，具有强烈的团队合作意识；

• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills;

优秀的项目管理和人际交往能力；

• Willing to travel;
