Description
Our client is a leading European design furniture company specializing in lifestyle home furnishings. Through a dealer network managed by agents and/or direct operations, the client has established a presence in multiple regions across China and aims to expand into more potential geographies.
Talent Fishers is now seeking an Activation Marketing Executive for this client to support its business growth in the Chinese market. Reporting to: China Marketing Director
Core Missions & Responsibilities:
Drive brand excellence and marketing execution across the national dealer network, transforming strategic plans into impactful on-ground activations to accelerate sales and deepen brand loyalty.
- Lead Market Activation Strategy - Orchestrate end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, including product training systems, distributor engagement forums, and in-store promotional campaigns
- Own Annual Marketing Calendar Planning - Translate business milestones into a comprehensive activation roadmap, ensuring seamless delivery of all marketing activities with measurable ROI - Dynamically optimize the marketing calendar based on market trends and brand development goalds to ensure the timeliness and relevance of activities
- Cross-Functional Integration & Collaboration - Mobilize and align resources across sales, product, and external agencies to create a smooth information flow mechanism and unified execution framework - Drive the progress of cross-departmental collaborative projects to ensure efficient connection and synergy between marketing activities and other business functions
- Store-Level Partnership Management - Embed deeply into dealer operations to co-create and implement retail marketing programs, increasing store foot traffic, conversion rates, and product sell-through rates.
- Provide marketing support and guidance to dealers, empowering their teams to enhance terminal marketing capabilities.
Potential Responsibilities:
- Serve as the official brand representative of the Italian brand, accurately conveying the brand’s European design philosophy, Italian cultural heritage, and core value propositions in all internal and external scenarios (including business negotiations, event sites, public relations activities, etc.).
- Strictly maintain the consistency of the brand’s visual image and behavioral norms, ensuring a unified presentation of the brand image across all channels and scenarios.
- Proactively explore brand stories and cultural highlights, and enhance the brand’s emotional resonance and differentiated competitiveness through various scenario-based expressions.
- Lead the planning and implementation of online marketing campaigns, covering diverse formats such as social media promotion (WeChat, Xiaohongshu,etc.), community operations, and content marketing.
- Create high-quality online content based on the brand tone and target audience preferences to increase the brand’s online exposure, user engagement, and fan loyalty.
- Track online marketing data, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize online marketing strategies and execution plans based on data feedback to achieve synergy between online and offline marketing.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years in channel marketing, retail activation, or trade marketing within premium consumer goods, lifestyle brands, furniture, or design sectors
- Sales experience in the lifestyle/design sector is a good plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating distributor/dealer networks, with the ability to effectively drive channel partners to achieve marketing goals
- Excellenct stakeholder management and project leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple resources and drive the efficient implementation of complex projects
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven decision-making mindset, capable of optimizing marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness through data analysis
- Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and responsibility, able to take the initiative to undertake tasks and be accountable for results
- Agile problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced work environments
- Fluent in Italian and English (written & verbal), capable of conducting cross-border communication and business collaboration proficiently. Mandarin is a stong plus
- Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally
- Good communication and presentation skills, and public relations literacy; familiarity with PR communication logic or online marketing practices is preferred
- Basic understanding of Chinese culture and European design, with excellent brand interpretation and expression abilities.
