Description
Report to: the Sales Director
Vacant position: 2
Interaction:
- a) The R&D department manager for solution evaluation.
- b) The Sales Manager for visits, information, and report sharing.
- c) Service Department, for sharing of the problems and information.
Main responsibilities:
1.Work with the Main customers to optimise the adjustment of the systems in their machines and applications.
2.Check the status of all the customers’ situations and needs, establish priorities, and keep track of customer work. Report all on-site visits and opportunities in writing.
3.Following the strategy from the company, proceeding 40-50% of the time, travelling around China.
4.Attend all the necessary training the company provides.
5.Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Years of work experience (in a specific field, if required)
Technical person, with experience in installation and optimisation of CNC, PLC, drives and motors, either in the Machine Tool Industry or General Automation.
Preferably experience in Service, repairs, and CNC packages Installation and Optimization. Knowledge of CNC/PLC/Software and drives and motor systems, to do applications for customers.
The customer application could be any type in the Machine Tool business (Lathe, Milling, VMC, Grinding, Gear cutting, Engraving, Laser, retrofit …)
Language skills:
Reading and writing are necessary; simple English conversation is needed.
Personality:
Strong power, working independently.
Organizing and coordinating ability.
