Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: To design, develop, and manage all visual communication, marketing materials, and spatial layouts that support brand identity, product promotion, and sales presentation in both digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling graphic designs and marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, digital media, packaging) that enhance brand visibility and sales conversion.
- Develop showrooms, exhibitions, and product layout plans that reflect design intent and optimize visual impact.
- Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints while supporting marketing campaigns and seasonal product launches.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure all materials align with commercial strategy and brand positioning.
KPIs/Measurements:
- Timely and accurate delivery of all marketing and layout design materials.
- Consistent, high-quality visual identity across digital, print, and spatial applications.
- Improved marketing engagement and sales presentation effectiveness.
- Positive internal and client feedback on design creativity, clarity, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- CAD and Layout Design, Graphic and space planning software-related knowledge
Experience:
- 2 – 5 years of Interior Architect or Interior Design and/or graphic Design certifications
