Description
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: Drive B2B sales in Asia, building strong regional client networks. , opening new accounts, fostering both market share and share of wallet, increasing the global display product placement, balances space area with showroom country strength, maintains relationships with key accounts and pushing for display replenishment and refreshens, guarantees that display meets overall company quality and quantity layout strategy and objectives, manages and help resolving conflicts, distributes country-specific leads to country-specific accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients and negotiating preliminary contracts
- Drive global (outside Asia) B2B revenue and Monitor performance
KPIs/Measurements:
- B2B Revenue/Sales Growth – Sales Targets Achievement
- Margin maintenance and growth - Margin Targets Achievement
- Account number and quality growth, low rotation index required/longer relationship
- Product placement total area / seasonal layout updates / overall display look & feel
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales or BD-related Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
- Communication, problem-solving, and empathy
Experience:
- 5 - 8 years in B2B Mkt opening and distribution and BD / Preferably within the Furniture Industry or High-end markets segments in Luxury-related Industries
