Description
Manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, cash management, accounts payable/receivable in line with ATS accounting systems.
- Prepare annual budgets under the guidance of ATS China board and HQ CFO.
- Support business development and commercial teams on cost control and payment terms.
- Manage internal administration and coordinate with government offices, banks, and tax authorities.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll, expenses, and cash payment documents.
- Draft English test reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate regularly with HQ CFO and internal departments.
- Undertake short-term domestic trips and annual trip to Italy as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics , in China or Europe or related fields, with strong academic performance in core courses.
- Additional specialization courses in management cost control in China or europe /usa or CPA will be well valuated as preference.
- Minimum work experience in the field for 2-5 years.
- Chinese nationality preferred.
- Solid knowledge and experience in administration and cost managing systems, with a clear and in-depth understanding of the accounting principles, chinese tax systems as weel.
- Good command of English reading, writing and speaking, Italian language will be also considered as additional advantage in the selection.
- Strong interest in the automotive field, with a clear and aligned career plan within the automotive industry will be well considered.
- Excellent continuous learning ability, with the capacity to quickly grasp new industry knowledge and technologies; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; highly team-oriented.
- Able to adapt to business travel needs and undertake short-term domestic travel and once a year to Italy . required.
